
Gabinia Rayside
MS, OTR
Gabinia Rayside has been practicing as an Occupational Therapist for the past five years. She graduated from the University of the Southern Caribbean in 2020 with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy.
She works with both adult and paediatric populations across a variety of settings. Gabinia enjoys the diversity of working with different age groups and conditions, as it continually challenges her to expand her knowledge and develop new skills. She values a client-centred approach, recognizing each individual’s unique needs, goals, and circumstances.
Gabinia is an active member of the Trinidad and Tobago Occupational Therapy Association, where she serves as the country’s representative to the Association of Caribbean Occupational Therapists. She also currently holds the position of Vice President of the Association of Caribbean Occupational Therapists.
Her greatest professional motivation is supporting clients in returning to meaningful occupations and activities, empowering them to participate as fully and independently as possible in their daily lives.
