Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is the scientific manipulation of the soft tissues of the body for the purpose of normalizing the health of those tissues. It assists in decreasing pain, increasing mobility and function and relaxation. Massage therapy consists of skilled manual techniques that include applying fixed or movable pressure, holding, and/or causing movement of or to the body.


Total Rehab's massage therapist, Tina Greenidge has years of experience working with patients who have a variety of orthopaedic and neurological conditions.
They are highly skilled in a variety of massage techniques, which include Thai Yoga Massage, deep tissue massage, efflurage, use of therapeutic hot stones as a conduit to massage, among many others.
