TOTAL RUN

Total Run is a specialized rehab program designed exclusively for runners in pain. Our goal is to empower and educate runners so they can continue running as safely and smartly as possible while recovering from injury.

 

Using evidence-based rehabilitation, years of experience working with runners, and individualized treatment plans, we help runners understand their pain, manage training loads, and make informed decisions about when to modify, continue, or temporarily stop running. 
 

At Total Run, we recognize that many running injuries do not always require complete rest. With the right guidance, many runners can safely continue running during rehabilitation while improving strength, movement patterns, and long-term durability. 
 

We treat a wide range of running injuries, including tendon pain, runner’s knee, shin splints, foot and ankle injuries, hip pain, back pain, and bone stress injuries in runners of all levels — from recreational runners to elite athletes.
